These terms govern your use of Billably. We've kept them as clear and readable as possible — please read them before using the service.
By creating a Billably account or using any part of the service at billably.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Billably. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Billably.
Billably is an invoice management and payment follow-up tool for freelancers and small businesses. It lets you track invoices, manage clients, and send payment reminder emails — including directly from your Gmail account if you choose to connect it. Billably is a tool to assist you; it does not guarantee that your clients will pay their invoices.
You agree not to use Billably to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
If you connect your Gmail account, you authorize Billably to send emails from your Gmail address on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for the content and legality of emails sent through your account. You can revoke Gmail access at any time from Settings or from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking Gmail access does not delete your Billably account.
You own all invoice data, client data, and content you add to Billably. We don't claim any rights over it. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Billably — including its design, code, brand, and all features — is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Billably. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Billably after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Billably operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
